NB Fundy Trail St. Martins (2)DM.jpg

Enjoy a full day sea kayaking experience along the Fundy Trail Coastline. Explore almost 20 kilometers of sea cliffs, sea caves, a harbour, beaches, and maybe even some marine life sights.

After meeting up with your guide at the Red Rock Adventure shop, you will be given a kayaking tutorial and all the gear needed for your adventure. After launching from the St. Martins Harbour, you head north-east with your guide to Big Salmon River. A stop or two along the way will also include a healthy lunch on the beach prepared by your friendly and experienced guide.

Once the paddlers have arrived at Big Salmon River, they hop into a waiting shuttle and are driven through the Fundy Trail Parkway back to their departure site at Red Rock Adventure shop.

The total duration of the trip is 5-6 hours.
The cost is $130 + HST per person.

Is there an age limit?
We don't take anyone under the age of 12. There are some instructions and safety procedures that we need all guests to comprehend.

What is the cancellation policy?
Guests have the ability to cancel a tour reservation they have made. It is required by Red Rock Adventure that a guest cancel their booking an minimum of 24 hours before the departure time. Guide and food prep is required for this trip, so an earlier cancellation is appreciated.
Guests will be given a full refund of their deposit(s) if a tour is cancelled by your lead guide due to weather.

Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?
Yes, Red Rock Adventure can create a specific meal plan for individuals with any dietary restrictions.

Is it wavy/dangerous/scary?
We always use double kayaks that are more stable than single kayaks. While the Bay of Fundy can provide some extreme conditions, we ensure our guest's safety by keeping them informed on the weather. If our Lead Guide(s) say it is too wavy or windy, we work to tell everyone with lots of time in advance, so alternative plans can be made.

I have my own PFD, can I just wear that?
We prefer you use our equipment, so we can be assured it is maintained to Paddle Canada standards. Our PFDs are also specifically made for kayaking, so we're sure you'll be comfortable.
